Shafiq called me promptly and we Communicated through text so he could give me a quote right away. He was able to schedule me within a couple days. He was very prompt and accommodating to my requests. He worked quickly and finished before his promised finish time. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the product I was installing and also gave me pointers and suggestions for my WiFi connection and how to understand it and optimize it. *** HIRE THIS COMPANY!! *** I highly recommend hiring Shafiq Mallory and his company for your job. No matter how seemingly small Shafiq will contact you immediately, schedule a date/time and show up on time. He will assess your needs, discuss and provide options, and get the job done. I called him to help me with a home network issue, he came out to assess the same day and ended up working 3 hours to get me up and running, even when I offered to schedule a better time for him because it was after 5:30 pm. He replaced some old, inferior Verizon ethernet cabling, tested the wiring inside my home, helped me make a plan to complete the work remaining for my larger need at a later date and made sure I could access my NVR PoE system, including the mobile app before he would consider the job complete. I am so glad I found him on Thumbtack and am scheduling with him to come back out again for more work. He was tidy, courteous, professional, and never spoke down to me. He is knowledgeable of both the industry and how to get the best for the money you are paying for internet services. He works on large corporate jobs and small home needs. He does not shy away from smaller jobs. He is a solid worker, and you won't regret hiring him. I would absolutely make the same choice again and will be recommending him to anyone in need of networking or TV and gaming needs.
